  • im having the same problem i registered my software, and activated but it still said its not active i tried contacting the tech support but no one has answered! The reason i got bitdefender was because it was the best software to preventing the viruses on Facebook from infecting my computer. HELP
  • I'm also having the same problem. I am using my gmail account (XXXX@gmail.com) to login. I am logging in with a Bitdefender acocunt. I am using Bitdefender total security 2012 on windows 7 64 bit. can anyone help!!!
