    - what email address you used to register / login;


    - do you login with a BitDefender account or a Facebook one ?


    - what BitDefender product are you using;


    - what Operating System


    - what PC architecture (32-bits / 64-bits)

    I used my gmail address to register/login


    I used My bitdefender account to login


    Bitfefender total security 2012


    Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit


    even though i am logged in i am not able to use safebox

    I'm having the same problem. I am using my gmail account (XXXXXX@gmail.com) to login. I am logging in with a Bitdefender acocunt. I am using Bitdefender total security 2012 on windows 7 64 bit.

    Hello,


    Please open BitDefender security center and click on "My BitDefender" link on the bottom. A new internet explorer window will open and you will be logged into your account. Click on "Safebox" under "Services" and tell me what is happening.


    Also please tell me if you ONLY used the Gmail email to login into safebox or you originally used another email.
