After installing Bitdefender, did you receive an email entitled 'Complete your Bitdefender installation'? There is a link in the email which sets up your 'My Bitdefender' account. Apparently,if you do not set up this account, you will no longer receive updates after 30 days. Not sure if this applies to your situation or…
