Hi, have you checked the Bitdefender Box app for messages? When the Box has blocked websites it normally creates a message in the app or on Bitdefender Central. Here you can add blocked websites to the exception list. Best, Nailman

Update: the Bitdefender Support answered that the BB2 is meant to support up to 50 devices. Not more. Now having around 150 devices attached, I feel a little bit lost.
