How to access router after Bitdefender box installed?
Hi. Before I add Bitdefender BOX 2, my router can be accessed by going to 192.168.0.1 or x.x.1.0 for my Tp-Link Router. After I installed the Bitdefender BOX 2, I am no longer able to access it. Please advise. Thanks.
Reason I want to access the router is because I want to hide a network from being visible to people.

Hi, just for my understanding: you have two routers? In different sub-networks? Or just one router connected to two subnetworks?
Does your complete network setup look like this: ISP <---> router <---> BB2 <---> all your other devices?
Who provides the WiFi in your network, the router(s), BB2 or some APs behind BB2=
For your question: can you ping the router(s)?
Best, Nailman

I have similar issue as KC244.
My set up is ISP (Spectrum) provided cable modem <--> BB2 <--> Asus router in AP/bridge mode <--> all other devices.
Does running the router in Access point/bridge mode make it unavailable? I didn't expect to not even be able to access the router again. I haven't been able to bring up the router's admin web page since having this setup.
I've tried connecting both on wireless and by connecting the computer to the router via Ethernet. I can ping the router address successfully, but it isn't the 192.168… address that it was before. Now it starts with 172.

Since support for bitdefender BOX is limited on forum, kindly contact the bitdefender box team directly via https://www.bitdefender.com/box/support/
They have both online forum & chat support which will help resolve your query at earliest.
