Did not work... uninstalled with the tool your provided, Bitdefender agent was uninstalled as well, but after installing the extended trial version (total security), what appeared was the internet security version.

Hi, I have tried all the steps. They were mostly unnecessary as all the options were as you said they should be (manual for remote desktop services, automatic for safebox, etc). Anyway, this has not worked (even after a restart) and the problem still persists.
