The support tool executable supporttool.exe is found in this location: C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender You may not be able to upload the file here as it is too big so you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the…

This is completly false... and @ronxp2000, even…

Why this is not being fixed already?

Yeah and they dont give an answer... this was nt happening! I am in desktop by the way i dont use laptop mode.

Did this issue was fixed in todays Product update? Because it is making the same sh*t!

Hello AstroMax From my experience, when an app tries to access internet, with "Paranoid" ON, BDIS2013 will prompt you. BUT if an "Automatic Start" Service of an app tries to connect to internet, even with "Paranoid" ON, BDIS2013 will create an allowing rule WITHOUT any prompt. This was not happening in older versions and…

@werby3: You picked up good point. Yeah this was not happening at least for me until the last big update... and like the other person said this MUST not HAPPEN! Is a great security problem! Any program like an antivirus or Firewall should not change your settings by any reason because we depend on it to work to protect our…

...Or you can manually create a rule. Go to "Application rules" and remove all rules created for this application (if so). Then you have to create a rule ("Application rules/Add Rule) for this application (browsing for app...exe file), with all "Network Types" and "Allow" or "Deny" checked and BD won't ask for a rule…
