I downloaded the file, executed it, but the window just ended up closing as soon as the process finished. I didn't see any file to save or anyway to recover it. It just automatically closes once it's done running without allowing me to do anything. What now?

Thanks for getting back to me. How do I go about downloading that file when my computer won't even get passed the welcome/log-in screen? I don't imagine it being a problem with my system not meeting the requirements to run the program, as I have used a previous version of BD. Let me know. Thanks.
