Just a follow up... The problem was solved with SpyHunter. The question now is if Bitdefender worth buying.

Hello, Thanks for your answer... Steps 1 to 4, already done. I found in some site I do not remember. Steps 5 to 8, also already done, with no positive results. Now I am waiting for an answer from Bitdefender support after sending the file, screenshots and etc.... Very frustrating this Bitdefender....
