Certainly, www.barclays.co.uk and personal.natwest.com used to, and I think www.barclaycard.co.uk did too along with a number of other related sites for validating debit and credi card details (at least from the earlier mentioned banks). None of these do now (for me at least) and I can find no way of explicity causing them…
