My Safebox Is Showing At 95% Full

Safebox is showing at 95% full and I have nothing saved to it. Is there a fix or something I am missing?


I have tried everything to get it to 0%.

    Hello, an important update was released a few weeks ago which recalculates the Safebox quota.

    Please update Bitdefender, restart the computer then check if everything is back to normal.

    I've had the same recurrent problem (albeit 59% full of nothingness) and I'm up-to-date with BitDefender (how would I know though - as there doesn't appear to be a list of "important updates" readily visible?). I'm currently waiting an update on a support ticket...

    It would be good to be able to have some confidence in something that purports to provide you with recovery of files in the case of loss/system failure.

    I am also encountering this issue. Dont know why its hapenning MyIndigoCard
