@Alexandru_BD thanks your your help. tried, but without lucky. i have formatted again. reinstalled apps again, rebooted many times pc , bitdefender vpn is on systray . all is ok for now. i don't know where was the problem

sorry i have tried this solution downloaded latest bitdefender removal tool run it and reboot pc installed bitdenfender total security and then vpn app but i have noticed this error twin times Hydra.Sdk.Windows.Service.exe error during install , i think perphas this is can cause my problem with vpn

thanks for your reply, I haven't wallet panel, on the Bitdefender interface. Some days ago, after an update, Total security with a popup asked if i wanted transfer passwords stored in wallet in password manager. however i had noticed that wallet with safepay didn't login, with account stored. waiting that password manager…
