  • The issue has been fixed, an update has been deployed. You should see something like this: C:\Program Files\Bitdefender Antivirus Free\web\guster\guster_00178_068\. Version 177 is the buggy one, version 178 is fine. The regular update interval (performed by a different background service is at 1 hour). However, you bypass…
  • Hi guys, Please unplug your USB HDD at boot time. No bsod will occur anymore . You can plug in your hdd after boot time. Shortly, a fix will be available for this issue.
  • And how would I find where my Epson executable files are stored? Finding them somewhere in the Windows folder would be a nightmare.... As a user of this software, I shouldn't have to whitelist my printer.... Hi Eric, Please upload here a video capture or two screenshots with task manager (or process explorer): before and…

BitDefender AntiSpam Filter tags e-mails as [spam], and moves them to the Spam folder (as a subfolder of Deleted Items - SEE SPAM.PNG attached). If you have enabled the Junk Filter from MSO, those e-mail will be moved to the Junk E-mail folder, even if BD Antispam…
  • @Neweb: Please check the screenshot attached. Everytime the antispam filters detect an e-mail as spam, it's being moved in the SPAM folder in TRASH, and, most important, it is marked as read (this may be a little misleading, as the number of spam e-mail won't appear in the paranthesis, near the folder name). Notice that if…
