Cannot enable Ransomware Remediation
Hi, I have just installed Bitdefender Total Security 2020 but am unable to enable the Ransomware Remediation. Enable button on Recommendation box greyed out and in Protection module box neither can I access settings. Any advice/solution welcome.

I have noticed that when I connect to the UK option for Bitdefender VPN Premium that my IP location will come up as in US or lately Indonesia although the service (?) is being run by an IT Service in Manchester UK. I have contacted Bitdefender support about this issue but wondered if anyone else had come across this issue.…
