Confirmation email received but subscriptions only lists 30 day trail
We have paid for and downloaded multi device 2007. Have received confirmation email but only have trail version saying 30 days left. Subscriptions does not recognise we have paid. If we try to register in bitdefender asked for licence key or link to buy again. We have not got a licence key
