Hi Just installed Bit Defender Internet Security and Parental Control. Using Windows 8 64bit. But It will not pick up my sons account when I setup a profile using the web page. It picks up all the other accounts but just not his. I have tried removing the profile, removing the software , clean install all with no change.…
