Unable To Select Account

Just installed Bit Defender Internet Security and Parental Control.

Using Windows 8 64bit.

But It will not pick up my sons account when I setup a profile using the web page.

It picks up all the other accounts but just not his.

I have tried removing the profile, removing the software , clean install all with no change.

Does anybody have a suggestion ?

Hello

Bitdefender Internet Security has Parental Control included by default in the software so there is no need to install the standalone software.

If you have the standalone software installed, please uninstall it from Control Panel and reboot the system.

Repair Bitdefender 2013 from Start Menu -> All Programs -> Bitdefender 2013 and then try to configure the module from My Bitdefender.
