What does the toolbar actually do? i missed it in the installation and I do not have it installed. Do the av- and anti-spam -features work without it? What opinions you have of it, is good and necessary?

I want to use parenta control in my machine which has BDIS 2014 installed. The dashboar says I must install the parental control software first. The only thing I foun was a full package with 29 dollars price tag. So is it included or not and how to install the sofrware?

How Fast I Must Use The Licence?
I installed recently bitdefender promotional 9 months free. I am so pleased that I used the "Leap day bargain" and purchased an 1 Year license. Now I am concerned can I still use it after 9 months when the free version expires?
