Switching devices from Total Security to Family Pack
My Total Security subscription expires on 1 January. I renewed on the 29th by upgrading to the Family Pack. In my BitDefender app and BitDefender Central, I still see the TS licences, with 5/5 devices protected, and a Renew Now request, even though the FP is right there on the same profilee.
