I am going to be purchasing some Motorola MOCA adapters to put downstream from my Bitdefender Box 2. I have read some articles that devices connected to MOCA adapters will not be protected by the Box 2. Is this correct?

Android Central app no traffic in the past 24 hours
I logged into my bitdefender Central app today and noticed it says there has been no traffic report in the past 24 hours. I just streamed a 4k movie so I know there has been traffic through it. What is going on? Am I no longer being protected by the box2?

2.1.20.18 Firmware update
My box will not update to firmware 2.1.20.18 from 2.1.20.17. When I attempt to manually update I receive the error "An error occurred while initiating the command. Please try again!"
