Why so Hostile?
My problem is the total inflexibility of the product; auto-renewal or otherwise; how in god's name do you CHANGE the status of the product? i) if I want to increase the number of protected units ii) if I want to change to a different product iii) and heaven forbid that anyone might just want to switch from a one year…
