Why so Hostile?
My problem is the total inflexibility of the product; auto-renewal or otherwise; how in god's name do you CHANGE the status of the product?
i) if I want to increase the number of protected units
ii) if I want to change to a different product
iii) and heaven forbid that anyone might just want to switch from a one year tariff to 'say' a three year; or any of the above - mid-stream between contracts.
Why is the process so USER hostile.
I did ask the so call 'support' system; but all they want is images of the inflexible web site that they already know about. That process would take me hours.
WAKE UP BIT defender; you might even increase the user base. Why so hostile?
