Why does SMS scam not stay activated
Hi, Running Android 13 and Bitdefender I try to activate Scam and it shows it is working. Go back to close Bitdefender and it says Scam alert needs activating. Bitdefender is active in Notifications. Any ideas please?

How do I add a missing PC in central
Just noticed my latest PC, windows 11, was missing in central. Did an Uninstall/reinstall but still missing. cannot find any help. Anyone any ideas please?? Cheers, David

Two factor authority for Central
Hi, I set up central with the two factor security and have been using code numbers from the set of 10 sent when activated. I am running low now and have been trying to find how to get codes. It says I woud get a code by email at every logon but I have never recieved any. I have the Google authentification app on my phone…

One specific USB key stops autopilot, with no warning.
I have one particular USB that, when I insert it to my PC, stops Autopilot mode but gives no warning. All other USB keys and devices have no problems. Internet Security 2017 Windows 10 Pro x64, insider build 14986 No error message but noticed it had stopped Autopilot mode; Regards, David

Firewall NDIS 6 driver missing
Hi, I am looking at a few problems on my PC and spotted that the Bitdefender Firewall NDIS 6 driver is shown as missing. I have read reports this slows internet downloads and I have benn having problems with these including many ending up as corrupt. Can you supply a new driver please? Regards, Dave
