Update Problem
I'm using winxp sp3. My BitdefenderTS2010 always fail updating a 69k file.What is this 69k file and how can I solve the problem?

Offline Update
I have many computers and some of them are not connected to the web.So I wondering is there a way to manually update them(offline update)? Previously I'v been using kaspersky and McAfee . I have no problem offline updating them. Bitdefender is the best anti virus I'v been using.
