Pc Slow. Icon Keeps Turning Black
I have contacted staff and they keep asking me to send in information. I have numerous times. I am always having trouble with the software. I have probably 10 email conversations containing hours of talking. What is the next step I should take since I am getting no help. Should I make an attempt at getting my money back?

I have emailed customer support and talked to them live 10 times! I have have major problems with bitdefender total security 2008. The scans won't work or anything.
