Password Manager asks me every time I open Chrome browser
The Password Manager extension in Chrome forces me to login EVERY time I open a browser. It does not remember that I checked the box "Disable Login at Startup" and I have "Inactivity Lock" set to NEVER.

How can I turn off the reminder or delay period so that Password Manager doesnt ask me to login every time I open Chrome?
