Software Being Blocked, Even If Whitelisted
I've installed the mapsoftware OziExplorer (3.95.5q) and Bitdefender Total Security 2013. It seems the firewall is blocking OziExplorer from downloadind maps from the different mapservices (Internet Maps, like Open Street Maps, etc).
