Dear BitDefender team, My important documents are infected by trojan.heur.fmKffHkqSRli which converts my documents and files into EXE type. I used BitDefender 2009 to remove virus from document files but failed. It could only delete infected files or quarantine them. I WANT MY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT FILES ALIVE. Please help me…
