  I did all the steps (except remove and reinstall the VPN) and still the same issue. I'll look at it again, this coming weekend, and do the remove and install. Thank you!

  Was working just fine until yesterday. Now, this is what I see on my PC. Works on my MacBook, however. Any help appreciated.
