Analyse Protection En Temps Réel Et Malware Impossible

Comme le titre du topic l'annonce je n'arrive plus à analyser les risques de malwares ainsi que lancer la protection en temps en temps réel.


Je m'explique, j'ai acheté il y a un mois bitdefender 2009 pour sa qualité, jusqu'a la semaine derniere tout allé bien mais maintenant quand je clique sur "analyser" (protection en temps reel) rien ne se passe. De meme dans l'icone ETAT (1 problème en attente) analyse malware ne se fait pas quand je clique dessus(tout corriger).


Du coups j'ai desactivé l'analyse anti malware donc plus de problème indiqués pour bitdefender (sauf pour moi^^) : comment reparer cela


mon niveau en informatique est nul, donc si c'est possible d'etre le plus clair possible sur les actions que je dois entreprendre je vous en serez gré.

    Tu n es pas seul à avoir ce problème... moi aussi... si tu vas dans le topic de "petite fleur", je ne sais plus le nom exacte, un peu plus bas que le tiens, tu auras un début de réponse. Le truc, si j'ai bien compris, c est que l'on est infecté par un virus ou malware qui empêche l'exécution ... galère...


    par contre, pour résoudre le problème, il faut transmettre le résultat du scan à quelqu'un mais j ne sais pas à qui et du résultat du scan dépend des actions à faire.
