Buna, recent am gasit un fisier malware numit AlucSoft pe laptop-ul meu. Acest fisier malware nu este detectat de Bitdefender Scanner si nu il pot dezinstala manual pentru ca imi zice ca trebuie sa solicit permisiuni. Am incercat sa folosesc Shredderul de la Bitdefender dar nici acesta nu reuseste. Nici dupa ce am transferat ownershipul si permisiunile la mine imi da aceeasi eroare. Ce pot face sa scap de el? Se porneste singur constant si imi ia mai mult de 60% din cpu.

3) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'
