  • Hiya, If you buy a new subscription you can merge it with your existing one and it will extend the period you have. You cannot merge free licenses such as promotional, beta or trial ones. Ro. What is involved in merging it? A phone call to BD? Or will it be during the purchase process?

  • They have gotten back to me for this issue. Their last contact was to have me update BD and see if I still have the issue. I updated BD, but when I go to cbssports.com and stay there, it is still logging the blocks in 5 minute intervals.
