  • do a scan in Program Files where is that Webroot's Spy Sweeper and send that log ... if is any file detected by BitDefender in that folder send it to see if is a false alarm

  • try to enter with a windows boot cd in recovery console first try a repair if doesn't work try from that recovery console to overwrite that C:\WINDOWS\system32\sens.dll with a clean one
