There is currently no way to recover access to your Bitdefender SecurePass account if you have lost both your master password and recovery key. You will need to contact Bitdefender Support to have your Bitdefender SecurePass account reset. Kindly note that resetting your Bitdefender SecurePass account will permanently delete all stored login information. Bitdefender Support will also confirm this policy.
