Hab mir vor ein paar Tagen das Family-Pack für 3 Anwender/1 Jahr gekauft. Dazu hab ich einen neuen Key bekommen. Auf meinem alten Key (Total Security) sind noch über 100 Tage drauf. Was muss ich tun, um das alte Guthaben auf den neuen Schlüssel zu bekommen oder geht das automatisch? Und ist das neue Pack auch die Total Security Version?

Hallo. Weil das Family Pack ein teureres Produkt ist, müsste man bei der Zusammenfügung 90 Tage von der Total Security Lizenz abziehen.
