Wie kann ich die Blockade des Owncloud-Zugriffs aufheben?

Seit Installation von Bitdefender verbindet sich der Owncloud-Client nicht mehr mit dem Server, sodass die lokalen Kopien nicht mehr aktualisiert werden. Wie kann ich erreichen, dass Bitdefender die Verbindung zum Server als sicher akzeptiert? Ich habe schon eine Ausnahmeregel mit der Server-Adresse erstellt aber es funktioniert trotzdem noch nicht. Das ist sehr lästig.
