Password Manager for iOS: Why every time login again

Hello together,

maybe i dont know where i can change the settings but in my case (iOS) if i want to use the Password Manager i have to enter my Mail address and also my password and after that i have to enter my password again to open the tressor. So first Login (mail and password) and after that password again - i activated "Face ID" but that one isnt working at all and also if i want to login on a website and try to open Password Manager to fuil Login data (Browser Chrome) it doesn't work too.

Can some one explain me how can I stay permanently logged in to the Password Manager without having to log in again and again? Or why Face ID does not work?
