• I have made a custom Policy for the user in question the "My Documents" folder was excluded from the scans and the outgoing email as well and still the problem persisted. Any help with this would be appreciated.
  • Hello, I am also having this issue with one of my clients they have sent an Excel attached document through their gmail for years and it just started to block the attachment the other day I added the exception for the Excel program but it still seems to be an issue when attaching a document to their email. Thank you,
