There IS NO my payments tab. I want to get this crap software off my pc and especially stop charging my card.

There is definitely NO option to cancel auto renewal under ”services” and “my payments”. I have also tried to cancel via email and have been asked by BD to explain “why” (I should not have to defend a simple request). Bitdefender are deliberately making it as difficult as possible to cancel the auto renewal and for this reason I will be seeking a more customer friendly company to deal with.

It's not only the Auto Renew but they want to charge you full price when you can get a much better deal. New users get a better price than loyal users. That's not how a trustworthy company operates.
It doesn't give us much confidence that Bitdefender is looking out for our security when they act like online scammers.
I can't find any place to either turn Off or On Auto Pay.

I absolutly hate when a company relays doing something as a "gift". Like they are giving the software away? Everyone gets Bit Defender for free? Please, as I said in an earlier post its very nice that they broght back a feature that the customer base wanted back. But don't pass it on as a favor. Did you have to do it, no and people are also free to choose another AV software. Its a 2 way street. People pay for a product, the company provides it.

Parental Control works but doesn't... Screen time is not being totaled at all anymore?
This is a very recent install and at first, everything was fine other than the account to monitor does not work at all(kinda ridiculous in today's day and age). Now it will do everything including adding up the application time but shows nothing for screen time. I've completely deleted the app and all remnants and re-installed and nothing(Mac).
Also manually pausing the device is extremely delayed.
Any Ideas?

Child protection feature downgraded
Has anyone else noticed that Child Protection on Total Security 2020 has major issues with basic features? There are long delays in changing screen time settings, it also does a terrible job of monitoring my son's computer use.
Is this an attempt to force us to purchase the stand alone Parental Control software?
Seems like it to me.

Hi community,
I got the same issue with the notification of insecure Wi-Fi. It recommends me that activate VPN (but I didn´t bought it). I deactivated all notifications in the settings but this pops up every hour. Anyone had this issue with this particular notification?

I've contacted the Bitdefender support through email
and it seems this problem is on Bitdefender side and they are already working on a fix which release by mean an Automatic Update. not sure if there is anything we can do to stop it..

Not yet, may be they would have been finalizing and doing a final testing before releasing it in the wild. @BogdanB_BD, @Andy_BD, any assumption when the worldwide product update will be available.
