I've been turning it off repeatedly for months. Currently all three Safepay Settings are toggled off, but the pop ups persist. (Same behavior as @paolof is experiencing).1 -

Something changed. Now the three Safepay/Settings switches are disabled, even after rebooting my computer. Nonetheless, the annoying Open Safepay notification still appears. Thanks!1
