I have an error code 9 and my VPN does not want to connect, the firewall is not blocking it and I have reset the DNS and there are no other active VPNs on my PC is there any advice?

To add here, in the event the basic troubleshooting steps don't make a difference, kindly get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:

They will provide further assistance regarding this. State your contact reason, / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
