Since installing Bitdefender VPN, home network won't allow connection. Why?

Since we started using Bitdefender VPN, our wireless connection to my laptop drops for no reason when the other devices are connected. When I try to reconnection, i get the message that my home network won't allow the connection. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it. It is very annoying to lose connection and then taking 10 minutes to get reconnected when I am trying to work.
