Password Manager stuck on Enter PIN screen

I have an iPhone 12 mini with iOS 17.5.1. I rarely use Password Manager on my phone, but now when I've entered my 4-digit PIN I just get the wheel of spokes that spins. How can I stop it and fix whatever's wrong? Thanks!
