I recently resubscribed to bitdefender total security with vpn but i cant reactivate my total security because i haven't got a code what can i do about this

I could find a renewal order for Premium VPN, but not one for Total Security as well. Based on my findings, your Premium VPN subscription was renewed 4 days ago. Can you access your Central account and check the subscriptions tab there? Did you previously cancel your Total Security subscription, or was it set to renew automatically for the next term? Or did you purchase a new subscription online and did not receive the activation code?
