Error 99 IMAC Sonoma

I cant seem to get my VPN connected ….Keeps coming up with Error 99 and will not connect…I had a Mac air book and never had any problems connecting, I just prchased a new IMAC and renewed my subscription and all I get is error 99 ? Please help, Thank You

  • Thank you for help…..Sir, Is there a file i am missing from Bitdefender ? When i look at my VPN in settings on my MAC This is what it says to connect to a VPN …"To connect to a virtual private network (VPN), you need to enter configuration settings in Network settings. These settings include the VPN server address, account name, and any authentication settings, such as a password or a certificate". in otherwords ….its grayed out and the only way to set it up is manually enter all the info
