Unflag website coming up with phishing protection warning

Recently one of my client websites started showing the "Phishing page blocked for your protection" error. I had my website host scan the server and they found and removed walware. They have confirmed the server is now clean. However the website (www.8petalsyoga.com) is still showing the error. How do I get this resolved so the website pulls up normally?

False positives can be submitted here. If they deem the site safe, it will be cleared within 48-72 hours.
