Bitdefender not working on Phone
Hello, I bought bitdefender so i can protect 3 devices. Activation worked fine for my pc and laptop, but when I tried to add it on phone via link or QR code from Bitdefender central it just downloads the app on phone without giving it any protection. Phone app also asks me if I want to buy and extend my protection. In bitdefender central i can clearly see that protection on one more device is available like i never installed it on phone via link or QR code. Also i had to log in on phone app with my mail, so it is same mail used on phone as on other devices. Before any trouble, the app on phone was on trial version few days for some reason but i thought that it will automatically switch to full extention after trial on phone expires and it never did switch. Simply i just cant add subscription to my phone.

and there is nothing i can do to activate it on phone… App is installed on phone all the time and i tried reinstalling it. Even tried to add an activation code in my account settings in phone app but nothing works. Any help? How the hack i activate subscription on phone???

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

There's nothing wrong there. You have a Bitdefender Antivirus Plus subscription that can indeed protect up to 3 devices, but Windows only. So it doesn't include Android coverage:
Should you wish to protect Android (or Mac and iOS) devices too, you have two options in this case:
- Contact Bitdefender Support to ask for a refund and place a new order afterwards, for Total Security;
- Contact Bitdefender Support to ask for an upgrade to Total Security. This can be done free of charge, however some validity adjustments are required, since you are upgrading to a superior product.
You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
