Parental Control is not working

Parental control on my kids computer hasn’t been working for months. I’ve reinstalled multiple times. It doesn’t read the time he’s spent playing. Allows him to play at all hours of the day. I’m very frustrated. I liked the old version because it actually worked.

First, ensure the categories, websites and apps that you wish to block are correctly added to the list and the daily internet time is set accordingly:
