I can't find any info of my account. When do i renew? What service am i receiving? How much is it?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD (who works for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM him.

Hello,
Just to ad to the above, have you logged into your Central.bitdefender.com account that you created when you bought your Bitdefender product(s), which will show your subscriptions, as well as the expiration date(s)?

Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in using your Central account credentials. Once logged in, go to 'My Subscriptions' tab to check what products/services you have, and what is their expiration date. If your Bitdefender services are set to renew automatically, you will receive an email prior to the actual renewal which will inform you of the subscription renewal price. In the event you are not subscribed to Bitdefender and you are using a license, you will have to renew your protection manually by placing a new order when the current protection expires. Depending on the products and services you are using, you can check the official Bitdefender website for the most up to date renewal discounts:
