WHY IS BILLING DATE 3 WEEKS BEFORE RENEWAL DATE?
Renewal date is Sept. 20, but Billing date is Sept. 5.
Why is my Renewal billed so early? Last year Renewal payment went out one day before the Renewal date. This year - if "Billing Date" means the date that payment goes out of my bank account - payment's going out 3 weeks prior.

I would get ahold of support, and see if they can help sort this out, or give you some information that can be helpful.
Select, Purchase & Manage Subscription, and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.

@Scott is right, we can't check your billing history and renewal dates on the forum, so this request will have to go through Bitdefender Support. There can be multiple reasons behind this, including an email notification that was sent in error, or multiple subscriptions with different billing dates, etc. The amount related to the renewal of the subscription is indeed charged one day before the actual renewal date, so definitely something that needs looking into. Whatever it may be, I'm sure the Support teams will sort it out.
